Surveying, Reporting & Repair.
Professional CCTV drainage surveys, mapping and clear technical reports for homeowners, buyers, surveyors and property professionals.
CCTV drainage surveys with a clear purpose.
Whether you are buying a home, investigating a drainage problem or planning alterations, RUN1 provides the CCTV evidence, mapping and reporting needed to understand the existing drainage system.
Homebuyer & vendor surveys
Detailed CCTV drainage surveys for property buyers who want to understand the condition of the drainage before purchase, and for vendors who want to provide clear evidence and reduce uncertainty during a sale.
Fault finding
Targeted CCTV investigation where there is a known or suspected drainage problem, including recurring blockages, vermin activity, suspected leaks and other unexplained drainage issues.
Drain mapping
Trace and document existing drainage for builders, property developers and architects before extensions, alterations or redevelopment. Camera and SONDE surveying can help identify routes, connections and buried features.
Buying or selling a property?
For buyers, a drainage survey can reveal defects that are invisible during a conventional property viewing or building survey. For vendors, a survey can provide clear evidence of the drainage condition before a sale and help prevent avoidable uncertainty later in the process.
- CCTV inspection of accessible drainage runs
- High-resolution evidence of defects and points of interest
- Drainage layout / site plan where applicable
- Clear run-by-run observations
- Recommendations and repair information where required
- Rapid report option available for time-sensitive purchases

Professional CCTV inspection
Continuous video footage is supported by still images and structured observations, helping turn the inspection into evidence that can actually be understood and acted upon.
We aim to inspect all accessible sections of the drainage system. Where access is restricted, reasonable efforts are made to investigate the available routes, with limitations clearly recorded.
A report you can actually use.
RUN1 reports bring together the survey findings, mapped drainage layout, inspection images, individual run observations and full site-photograph pages in a clear professional format.
Survey → Report → Repair
Where defects are identified, RUN1 can explain the practical options and provide repair information rather than leaving you with an unexplained list of faults.
Repair recommendations are based on what the survey actually finds. Where work is appropriate, quotations can be provided subject to site conditions and final scope.
